  • return must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • clothes must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached
  • proof of payment must accompany the return
  • all products are subject to inspection

Things you need to be aware of if you want to return or exchange a product of Marconisp.

  • If you apply for a return or exchange because the quality of our products is faulty, you will need to provide an unboxing video, pictures of the damaged goods and then our customer service staff will arrange for you to be re-shipped at the merchant's expense after verifying that there are no errors.
  • If you are requesting a return or exchange because you don't like or don't want the product, unfortunately, we do not accept returns for such reasons. If you insist on returning or exchanging the product, then you will be responsible for the postage costs. Also we do not charge for re-shelving items.

Order concellation.

If you wish to cancel your order then please request your cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once an order has been processed we are unable to retrieve it from the parcel pile. Please allow us 12 hours to process your concellation. Refunds will be made within 24 hours of a successful cancellation. For exchanges, refunds will be made within 1-2 working days after the merchant has received the parcel to confirm that it is correct and the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Refunds.

Once your return parcel is received, inspected and approved, we will then process your refund via your original method of payment, it generally takes 1-2 business days to process your refunds.
